INTERMATEX Group is the current result of a joint effort that began in 1988 when Fidel Gil and Virginia Miralles founded the parent company Matex Spain.
Since then, within a process of continuous adaptation to the market and a constant evolution in innovation and product development, the lines that today identify Intermatex Group have been outlined: Decorative mosaic, including a wide diversity of materials and formats, Porcelain tile, mainly rectified, both glazed and technical in a variety of formats from 30×60 to 60×120 cms. And finally, the two most innovative lines, SPC flooring and WPC decorative cladding.
New headquarters
A strategic move that was vital to provide sustainable continuity to the company’s growth and to continue offering the best service to its customers.
The company’s new headquarters will be a major improvement in terms of space, the main constraint to growth at its former facilities in Villarreal.
We genuinely thank all our customers and collaborators for the loyalty and support they have shown us over the years and invite them to join us in the challenges that lie ahead.
This new location includes:
- Almost 1,000 m² of office space, allowing for a better and more functional organization of the departments.
- More than 8,500m² of covered warehousing, essential to keep 100% of the goods in perfect condition for sale
- Loading area of approximately 4,000 m² with a double fixed dock, essential, on the one hand, to optimize the speed of open truck loads and, on the other hand, to provide agility for container loads.
Thus Intermatex leaves behind, in Villarreal, 15 years of great progress, growth, evolution and maturity, which can be seen in the company’s own organization, in its standards, in its vision and mission, and which can be more tangibly observed in its catalog and in its market penetration.
